What are the challenges and the opportunities? While we focus on who wins in November (yes we will look at all relevant Election '08 charts), the question remains: With the transits and configurations ahead so intense and, reminiscent of 1931, does it matter who wins? What is the range of possible scenarios between now and 2012 and how can our astrological knowledge serve to prepare us?
